1 General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and ace670 ("ace670", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing all access to and use of the ace670 website located at https://ace670.club and any associated mobile-optimised versions thereof (collectively, "the Platform").

By completing the account registration process, by making a deposit, or by placing a bet or wager of any kind on the ace670 platform, you conclusively confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree unconditionally to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

ace670 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any point during the account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by our team may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal privileges or permanent account closure.

3 Account Registration & Verification

Each player may hold only one registered account on the ace670 platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using different names, different email addresses, different mobile numbers, different payment methods, or different devices — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, ace670 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any pending withdrawals or bonus balances.

Registration Information

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number. You are prohibited from registering using false, fictitious, or borrowed personal details.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. ace670 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any activity that occurs under your account credentials is considered to have been authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify ace670 immediately by contacting our support team.

KYC Verification

As part of our commitment to player safety and compliance with responsible gaming standards, ace670 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your ace670 account within minutes of a successful transaction. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 24 hours to be reflected in your account balance during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours. ace670 does not charge any deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own service charges.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 per request. Withdrawal requests submitted during BST business hours are typically processed within one hour to mobile wallet accounts (bKash, Nagad, Rocket). Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution. ace670 reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal request.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used to make a deposit on your account. ace670 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, accounts belonging to another person, or payment methods not registered in the account holder's own name. This policy exists to prevent fraud and protect our players.

Account Balance & Currency

Your ace670 account balance is displayed at all times in BDT. ace670 does not offer multi-currency accounts. Any bonuses, free bets, or promotional credits awarded to your account are also denominated in BDT and are subject to the bonus terms set out in Section 5 below.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Wagering Requirements

This means that the bonus amount (and, in some cases, the deposit amount plus the bonus amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. 6 Betting & Gaming Rules

Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on ace670 are subject to acceptance by the Platform. ace670 reserves the right to decline any bet, limit the maximum stake on any market, or restrict betting access for any individual player without providing a reason. A bet is not confirmed until you receive an explicit confirmation message and the stake has been deducted from your real-money balance.

Errors & Obvious Mistakes

In the event that ace670 publishes incorrect odds, incorrect market information, or otherwise makes a manifest error on any betting market, ace670 reserves the right to void any bets placed on the affected market and return all stakes to players' accounts. This right applies regardless of whether the error was apparent to the player at the time of placing the bet.

Cricket & Sports Specific Rules

• A match must reach the minimum number of overs specified for settlement purposes; otherwise all bets are voided and stakes returned.
• Live in-play odds are subject to temporary suspension during significant match events (wickets, DRS reviews, weather delays). Bets placed during a suspended market may be voided at ace670's discretion.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, all bets are voided unless a result has already been determined under the applicable competition rules (e.g., Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method).

7 Prohibited Conduct & Fraud

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the ace670 platform. Engaging in any of the conduct listed below — or facilitating or encouraging others to do so — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to the relevant authorities.

• Opening or operating more than one account on the Platform
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any point during the KYC process
• Using another person's identity, payment credentials, or account without their express written consent
• Engaging in match fixing, spot fixing, or any form of corrupt activity in relation to any sporting event offered on the Platform
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any casino game, poker hand, or sports bet
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform without prior written approval from ace670
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or technical vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financially illicit conduct
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or otherwise reproduce any part of the ace670 platform or its data feeds

8 Account Suspension & Closure

ace670 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to pass identity or age verification checks
• Suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the account holder
• Inactivity: accounts with no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months are subject to dormancy procedures, including the possible deduction of a monthly maintenance fee after a further 12 months, as notified to the player by email

Voluntary Closure

You may request the closure of your ace670 account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure, any remaining real-money balance will be refunded to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus balances and any associated wagering progress will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

Effect of Closure

Upon account closure — whether voluntary or initiated by ace670 — your access to the Platform will be terminated immediately. ace670 will retain your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy for the period required by applicable law and our internal data retention standards.
